This Privacy Policy explains what information Ultimate Plugins ("we", "us") collects when you use our website and products, how we use it, and the service providers that help us operate.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your email address (and name, if provided) when you create an account or sign in.
Purchase information: your email and name as supplied by PayPal, the product purchased, amount, and an order reference. We do not receive or store your full card number; payment credentials are processed by PayPal.
Licensing information: a device identifier and basic system details (such as your operating system and After Effects version) used to activate and validate your licence on your machine.
Communications: information you send us by email or through live chat for support.
Signed-in activity and free tools: downloads require an account. We record your account email, tool, version and request time, and notify the site owner. Supported updated free tools report a random installation ID, operating system, After Effects and tool versions, and first and last contact times linked to the download account. We do not collect project contents, project paths, computer names or hardware serials in these reports. Offline use continues normally. Sharing your personalized download can associate another installation with your account.
Optional marketing measurement: only after you consent, Meta Pixel may process page and event URLs, campaign parameters, product identifiers, value and currency, and Meta cookie identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc.

2. How we use your information

To deliver your licence key and download links.
To activate, validate, and manage licences across your devices.
To provide your account dashboard and customer support.
To send essential service emails (purchase confirmation, login, password reset).
To detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
With your optional consent, to measure page visits, product interest, checkout starts, and completed purchases.

3. Service providers

We share the minimum data necessary with trusted providers that operate our service:

PayPal — to process payments securely.
Supabase — to store account, licence, and order records.
Resend — to send transactional emails.
Vercel and Render — to host our website and services.
Meta — to measure website and purchase events only after you accept optional tracking.
Tawk.to — to provide live-chat support only when you choose to open the chat.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Cookies and local storage

We use essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your language, theme, shopping cart, consent choice, and checkout state. Meta tracking is disabled by default and is loaded only after you accept optional tracking. Live chat is loaded only when you choose to open it.

PayPal may use storage required to provide checkout. You can reject optional tracking when asked or review your saved choice at any time using the button below.

5. Data retention

We keep purchase and licence records for as long as your licence is valid and as required for accounting and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account data, subject to records we must retain by law.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. Where applicable, you may also withdraw consent to optional tracking at any time. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable technical measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

Our products are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
