These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Ultimate Plugins website and products. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. The product

Ultimate Plugins provides software extensions for Adobe After Effects, including the "Ultimate Tools" panel. Products are delivered digitally via a licence key and download link sent to your email.

2. Licence

• A purchase grants you a lifetime, non-exclusive licence to use the product.
• “Lifetime” means that the licence has no recurring fee and does not expire. Updates that we release for the purchased product are included at no additional charge, but compatibility with every future version of After Effects, an operating system, or a third-party service is not guaranteed.
• Each licence is valid for one (1) device at a time. You may deactivate a device from your account dashboard to move your licence to another machine.
• The licence is personal and non-transferable, and may not be resold, shared, or sublicensed.

3. Free trial

Ultimate Tools currently includes a 7-day free trial with full functionality so you can evaluate it before purchase. The trial is limited to one trial per device. Other products include a trial only when their product page expressly says so.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to copy, distribute, decompile, reverse-engineer, resell, or attempt to bypass the licensing of the product, or use it for any unlawful purpose, except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise.

5. Intellectual property

All rights, title, and interest in the products, including code, design, and branding, remain the property of Ultimate Plugins. No ownership is transferred by purchase — only a licence to use.

6. Payment

Prices are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by PayPal. You are responsible for any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Changes to the product and terms

We may update, improve, or discontinue features over time. We may also revise these Terms; the latest version will be posted on this page.
