Every licence is covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee. If Ultimate Tools isn't right for you for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full. No reason required.

2. How to request a refund

Requesting a refund within the guarantee window is simple:

Email ultimateplugins659@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase, including your licence key.
No reason is required — a simple refund request is enough.
Once approved, the licence is deactivated and we refund your original payment method in full.

3. After the 7-day window

After 7 days, purchases are non-refundable, because licences grant permanent access and free lifetime updates. The one exception: if a genuine technical problem prevents the product from working and our support team is unable to resolve it, we'll issue a full refund.

4. Processing time
